A delayed harvest, a disputed delivery, or a cash-flow shortfall can each require a different conversation. We review what was agreed, what was delivered, and what is preventing payment before discussing the next step.

Seasonal Cash Flow

Identify whether the delay relates to harvest timing, livestock cycles, or an unmet payment commitment.

Account Documentation

Review contracts, invoices, signed delivery records, scale tickets, service reports, and payment correspondence.

Disputed Balances

Clarify quantity, quality, pricing, warranty, or service concerns and separate them from acknowledged amounts.

AGRIBUSINESS COLLECTIONS — FAQ

Agribusiness Collection FAQs

Clear answers for agricultural suppliers, equipment dealers, and businesses with past-due commercial accounts.

What agribusiness accounts can you help resolve?
We review past-due commercial accounts involving farm equipment, seed and feed, fertilizer, irrigation systems, grain deliveries, livestock, dairy supplies, and agricultural infrastructure. Share the balance, customer business name, and supporting records for an initial review.
Can you help preserve a long-standing customer relationship?
Our approach begins with respectful communication and a clear understanding of the account. Tell us about ongoing supply arrangements, seasonal needs, and relationships you want to preserve so these can inform our conversations.
What is Operation Farmer Rescue?
Operation Farmer Rescue is our practical approach to understanding a producer’s circumstances and exploring a path toward payment. Depending on the account, discussions may involve payment arrangements, introductions to financing resources, or a voluntary producer-directed livestock sale.
Do you provide financing or sell livestock directly?
We help connect producers with potential financing resources and coordinate communication around voluntary sales when appropriate. We do not provide loans, guarantee lender approval, or promise a sale. Producers and the relevant lenders or sales professionals make those decisions.
Can payment arrangements reflect harvest or livestock cycles?
We can discuss seasonal cash flow and propose a workable payment schedule for your consideration. Any arrangement depends on the account, the producer’s circumstances, and your approval.
What documents should we provide?
Start with invoices, an account statement, credit terms, contracts or purchase orders, and the customer’s legal business name. Include delivery receipts, scale tickets, equipment service records, and payment correspondence where relevant.
What if the customer disputes the seed, feed, equipment, or service?
We review the records and the customer’s stated concerns, including quantity, quality, pricing, warranty, or service issues. Our goal is to clarify the dispute and distinguish it from acknowledged balances.
What do your collection services cost?
Our commercial collection work is contingency based. We review the account and explain the proposed fee before placement. Any proposed third-party expense is discussed separately in advance.
Do you handle agricultural accounts outside Texas?
We review commercial agricultural accounts nationwide. Provide the business location and account documentation so we can assess the appropriate next steps. Coverage does not imply a local office.
When should we request a claim review?
Consider a review when agreed terms have passed and routine follow-up brings repeated delays, broken commitments, or unanswered messages. Tell us about known deadlines and current customer discussions when you submit the account.
